Potential Member Case Studies
planksip® is transitioning to a new membership model that offers AI integration training and community building for researchers and students. The company seeks to conduct case studies that reveal needs of potential members. The goal is to understand how the new membership model can better enhance learning and research practices of potential members through AI integration. This project will involve identifying potential member profiles, understanding their relevant needs, and crafting detailed case studies. The case studies should demonstrate the strengths of planksip®'s new membership model as well as its shortcomings, helping the company finalize it. The project will provide learners with an opportunity to apply their research, communication, writing, and analytical skills to create case studies with real and immediate impact.

Philosophical Book Cover Design Challenge
In this project, students will embark on a creative journey to design book covers for a collection of eight philosophy titles. The goal is to create visually compelling and thematically relevant designs that resonate with each book's core philosophical ideas. Students will apply their artistic skills and conceptual understanding to capture the essence of each title, ensuring that the covers are not only aesthetically pleasing but also intellectually engaging. This project provides an opportunity for students to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, as they explore the intersection of art and philosophy. By the end of the project, students will have developed a portfolio of professional-quality book covers that demonstrate their ability to convey complex ideas through visual design.

Plato Dialogue Timestamp Alignment
The project aims to enhance the accessibility and educational value of @planksip's YouTube videos featuring Plato's dialogues. By adding precise timestamps aligned with Stephanus Numbers, learners will bridge the gap between audio-visual content and classical texts. The task involves listening to Benjamin Jowett’s translation of Plato's dialogues and meticulously cross-referencing with the Perseus digital edition to ensure accurate alignment. This project offers students an opportunity to apply their skills in classical studies, digital humanities, and media editing. The project is designed to be completed by a small team of learners within a single academic program, ensuring a focused and cohesive approach. The ultimate goal is to create a seamless learning experience for viewers, enhancing their understanding of Plato's works.

Philosophical Persona Development and Book Creation
The project aims to develop unique author personas for planksip.org, each embodying a distinct philosophical voice. Students will be tasked with ghostwriting a book using ChatGPT, adopting their assigned persona's perspective. The project will involve documenting all prompts and structuring the writing process to ensure consistency and quality. By doing so, students will create a repeatable framework for generating high-quality philosophical books. This initiative will explore important philosophical questions and apply philosophical methods to real-world problem-solving. The project offers an opportunity for students to apply their classroom knowledge of philosophy and writing in a practical setting, enhancing their understanding of philosophical discourse and creative writing.
