I am an Associate Professor of Accounting at Salem State University, Massachusetts, USA. I am Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certified and hold a Ph.D. in Accounting from the University of Essex, England, United Kingdom. My objective is to partner my undergraduate and graduate classes with business partners, so that I can provide experiential learning opportunities to my students in the areas of accounting and data analytics. Such mini-internships would give all my students, not just a select few, the opportunity to solve a problem for an actual business entity and develop communication and time management skills.
