Amazing at communication. If you need a team member to connect with you one on one and be detailed in where they are at and issues and progress and get right to the point Shaief is definitely a worker to look at. I make it quite known in my projects I want people to tell me how things are going and how they are not. Don't pull punches and be honest. I can't fix something I know nothing about and so often people have issues in talking to the boss with a problem or are intimidated about how to approach the situation. Shaief was a breath of fresh air in this way by always being straight forward and being frank with where the project was at any given time even if there was a chance it didn't put him in the best light. The honest and upfront approach was well liked by me and in critical areas of business is a needed skill. I would be happy to write a reference for him as he progresses in his career.
