The project involves creating nine distinct workshops, each focusing on a critical aspect of leadership development. These workshops are designed to be two hours in length and cover the following topics: Difficult Conversations Mental Health in the Workplace Conflict Resolution Multigenerational and Multicultural Workforces Effective Communication Emotional Intelligence Developing Leadership in Others Building and Leading Teams Leadership Styles and Sources of Power The goal is to provide actionable insights and practical strategies that participants can apply in real-world scenarios.
