Learners in this noncredit certificate program are adult students gaining practical skills to transition into HR and talent acquisition roles. They are trained to: Build inclusive and equity-centered recruitment strategies Develop documentation for each phase of the hiring process Use recruitment technology , dashboards, and analytics Analyze labor markets and workforce needs Create employer branding and onboarding strategies Develop scorecards , selection rubrics, and recruitment data reports Apply diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) principles in every stage of hiring These learners have completed hands-on, scenario-based projects and are prepared to work independently or with light employer guidance. Learners in this program are building the technical, analytical, and business acumen needed to launch careers in data analysis, market research, and business intelligence . Through real-world, applied projects, they gain hands-on experience in gathering, structuring, and analyzing data to inform decision-making. By the end of the course, learners are able to: Design and build databases for efficient data storage and retrieval Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets Use tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python for analysis and visualization Interpret market trends and customer behavior to generate business insights Communicate findings through clear reports, dashboards, and presentations Their skillset bridges technical execution and strategic thinking—ideal for organizations seeking support with exploratory research, operational improvement, or product planning. Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on learners from  Calbright College  to be your learner-consultants, in a project-based experience. Learners will work on one main project over the experience of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. Learners will work individually or in small groups of 2-4 students, based on the number of students enrolled at the time. *Project start date is flexible, but the self-assignment must be completed by  September 15 , and projects must be finished before  September 30, 2025 * *** Please note that your Project might not receive a student*** Learners in this program are developing the technical and analytical skills required to pursue careers in cybersecurity, information security, and IT risk management . Through hands-on projects and applied learning, they explore core security concepts across networking, systems, cloud infrastructure, and policy frameworks. By the end of the course, learners are able to: Analyze security risks at the organizational and system levels Identify vulnerabilities across hardware, software, and communications layers Recommend and implement best practices in threat prevention and response Develop practical cybersecurity policies tailored to real-world business environments This experience emphasizes both technical depth and strategic thinking, preparing learners to add value in consulting-style projects or internal audits for small businesses, startups, and enterprise systems alike.

In this course, Learners will learn definitions and processes that contribute to the project management framework. The course will follow the project methodology of the Project Management Institute and explore the project life cycle, stakeholder management, how organizational culture affects project management, scope management, and how a project is created. Learners will prepare for the workplace by learning the foundations of Project Management and its critical role in all industries and work functions.  Partnering with learners in this course provides an opportunity to work with emerging professionals who are trained to approach work with a project-based mindset, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver outcomes in structured and deadline-driven environments. It's a great way to gain fresh perspectives while supporting the development of future project managers.
