In this course, Learners will learn definitions and processes that contribute to the project management framework. The course will follow the project methodology of the Project Management Institute and explore the project life cycle, stakeholder management, how organizational culture affects project management, scope management, and how a project is created. Learners will prepare for the workplace by learning the foundations of Project Management and its critical role in all industries and work functions.  Partnering with learners in this course provides an opportunity to work with emerging professionals who are trained to approach work with a project-based mindset, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver outcomes in structured and deadline-driven environments.
