We've already completed significant foundational work, including developing core 'widgets and components' based on a dynamic, click-through Figma prototype. Most of our critical screens have been redesigned and transitioned for an intuitive mobile experience, moving us well beyond the initial concept phase. This project offers an exceptional opportunity for top-notch students to make a tangible impact by bringing our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to full functionality and a polished front-end within the FuturePath cohort. Your work will directly lead to real-world user testing and iteration, shaping the future of ViB Digital. Technologies & Environment Front-End Development:  FlutterFlow ( https://www.flutterflow.io/ low-code environment) and Dart (for custom functions https://dart.dev/ ) Back-End:  Firebase https://firebase.google.com/ Design Reference:  Figma (existing dynamic prototype) https://www.figma.com/design/ What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) Your primary objective is to complete, debug, and polish our FlutterFlow mobile application, making it ready for public testing and feedback. This includes: Completing Front-End Functionality:  Implementing remaining UI/UX elements and user flows within FlutterFlow, ensuring a seamless and engaging mobile experience as designed in Figma. Developing Custom Logic:  Writing and integrating custom Dart functions within FlutterFlow to enhance application capabilities and meet specific functional requirements. Firebase Integration:  Ensuring robust and efficient integration with Firebase for data storage, user authentication, and other backend services. Debugging & Optimization:  Identifying and resolving any existing bugs or performance issues to ensure a smooth, stable, and responsive application. Polishing & Refinement:  Applying a keen eye to detail to enhance visual appeal, animations, and overall user experience, taking the app from functional to truly delightful. Preparation for Testing:  Collaborating with the founder to prepare the application for initial public testing and gathering critical user feedback. Desired Skills We are seeking individuals with a strong passion for mobile app development and a user-centric approach. Ideal candidates will possess: Mobile Application Development:  Proven experience or strong understanding of FlutterFlow for rapid application development. Programming Skills:  Proficiency in Dart for writing custom functions and complex logic. Front-End Expertise:  A strong eye for responsive design, visual aesthetics, and creating engaging user interfaces. Problem-Solving & Debugging:  Ability to efficiently identify and resolve technical issues in an existing codebase. Firebase Knowledge (Asset):  Familiarity with Firebase services (Firestore, Authentication) is a plus. Adaptability & Collaboration:  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborate closely with the founder. User Experience (UX) Mindset):  Even though design is provided, an understanding of good UX principles will be crucial for implementation and polishing.

Mobile App UX/UI Redesign for ViB Digital

ViB Digital aims to enhance the user experience of its mobile app to better meet user needs and expectations. The current MVP, based on a desktop prototype, requires improvements in navigation, visual appeal, and overall usability. Our project goal is to redesign the user interface for a more intuitive and engaging experience. Key steps include: Analyzing the current state of development Comparing existing interface with the initial model Reviewing feedback if available at the time Researching mobile UX design best practices Developing a prototype addressing identified issues This project offers learners the chance to apply their UX/UI principles and design tool knowledge to a real-world scenario, creating a cohesive, user-friendly design that aligns with ViB Digital’s brand identity.

Web BuilderPro: Streamlined Website Redesign and Optimization

2 Learners required/desired* Currently looking for talented and creative learners with the following skills:  Figma or Adobe XD proficiency Web development expertise, especially in Front-End for web design WordPress and Elementor skills would be wonderful to have Design proficiency using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Adobe Premiere and AfterEffects skills for video editing would be beneficial. In addition, we also require assistance with content creation for the website, including blogs, resources, e-books, newsletters, podcasts, etc. Main Project Goal: The primary objective of this project is to redesign the website and platform for ViB Digital. This comprehensive project will involve several essential tasks for the students, including:   - Crafting a fresh website and platform layout, prioritizing visual appeal including creating high-quality video content and ease of navigation. - Developing a user interface that is intuitive and user-friendly. - Ensuring seamless mobile optimization for the website and platform. - Researching and integrating new features and technologies to enhance the user experience. - Conducting thorough testing to ensure usability and optimal performance. *This project offers a dynamic opportunity for students to apply their web development skills, collaborate with a real-world client, and contribute to the success of ViB Digital's online presence. Enhancing Multi-Sensorial User Experience for Digital Vision Board Applications

Project Description: Our startup is on a mission to elevate the multi-sensorial user experience of our digital vision board applications, encompassing both web and mobile platforms. We are dedicated to a user-centric approach, aiding individuals in visualizing their goals through interactive and personalized vision boards.   Main Project Goal: The primary objective is to contribute to the completion of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for both our web and mobile applications, building upon our existing Adobe XD Prototype using the Flutterflow platform. The result should be a fully functional MVP ready for a successful launch in the market. Technology Stack: The project will be developed using Flutter, Flutterflow, and Firebase.   Skills and Technologies Beneficial for Students: While students can self-teach, familiarity with the following is advantageous: - Software and mobile app development. - Familiarity with the specified technologies is ideal.   Support and Resources: Students will have direct access to the founder throughout the project for guidance and support. A walkthrough/tutorial of the business overview and our existing project will also be provided.
