Refresh is welcoming students for the position of Grant/Proposal Writer. We are looking for caring and enthusiastic individuals to join us through these projects and become part of our progressive organization.

Number of students: 1 Team of 5 students

Project Scope:

The goal of this project is to develop students' writing and publication skills.

We would like the students to

  • Navigate and identify municipal, provincial, federal, and other funding programs aligned with our mission
  • Prepare grant proposals by determining requirements through active consultation with our research lead
  • Assist us in writing winning grant proposals

In an organizational setting, it has the capacity to monitor and provide anonymous information regarding the overall well-being of an organization, offering clues to inform employers when employee morale is changing, and enabling leaders to respond quickly to the upwards or downward trends of their employees’ mental health .
