Details

Aim Colours is looking to expand its product line by developing a series of innovative accessories. The goal of this project is to create detailed 3D renders, specifications, and printing files for a selection of these accessories. The project will provide learners with the opportunity to apply their knowledge of 3D modeling and design principles, gained in the classroom, to a real-world scenario. The team will focus on creating visually appealing and functional designs that align with Aim Colours' brand aesthetics. This project will involve tasks such as conceptualizing accessory designs, creating 3D models using CAD software, and preparing files for 3D printing. The learners will gain hands-on experience in the design process, from initial concept to prototyping, while working collaboratively to meet the project's objectives.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include a set of high-quality 3D renders for each accessory design, detailed specifications outlining dimensions and materials, and ready-to-print files for 3D prototyping. The team will also provide a brief report summarizing the design process and any challenges encountered. These deliverables will demonstrate the learners' ability to translate design concepts into tangible prototypes.
